Strength and conditioning should be a part of every runner’s weekly schedule. As well as helping to improve your performance, S+C can also dramatically reduce your likelihood of picking up everyday overuse running injuries such as muscle strains, knee pain, Achilles tendinopathy and a whole host of other common injuries.

Here at The Rebuild Clinic, we are delighted to be able to offer Strength and Conditioning Classes for Runners. In these classes, we cover a wide range of effective exercises in a supervised environment. The exercises target the main muscle groups involved with running including lower limb, hips and core. Class numbers are kept small (6 max) so sufficient attention can be given to each client. These classes are suitable for all levels of runners from beginner to competitive and can add a new dimension to your running training.
